The Rt Rev Frederick James Western (24 February 1880 – 24 November 1951) was an Anglican bishop, the 5th Bishop of Tinnevelly〔(National Church Institutions Database of Manuscripts and Archives )〕 in the mid-20th century.〔“Who was Who”1897-1990 London, A & C Black, 1991 ISBN 0-7136-3457-X〕 He was born on 24 February 1880〔(Genealogical web site )〕 and educated at Marlborough and Trinity College, Cambridge.
